Yes buy one - a great buy at £10500.

I bought mine August last year (at 1 year old) - really happy with it and it's been totally reliable. I previously had a Yamaha Tracer - the KTM is much better! (especially the suspension)

Wow 10.5k for new one.....I've put 8k miles on mine since march...had a manufacturing error on the clutch casing....Wayne Mounter kindly sorted for me and I didn't even buy the bike from him!

Wild power, great fuel economy and above all big smiles throughout the miles...

Couple of must have extras to finish bike.....wings shortie exhaust, touratwat metal sat nav brk, touring screen flip and the ergo seats....400miles a day no problemo! I've also got std ktm panniers and the have been great despite all the unhappy punters.

I bought a 990 when they were obsoleted at 8.5k so if you can get 1190 for 10.5, don't dither for long or u may lose!

44k miles on my 63 plate 1190R now. Only issue was the starter motor which was sorted in the first month. Been on a few UK trips, love it.

Added Wings shortie day 1 to get rid of the dustbin. Also added the Super Adventure screen for winter use which works really well. Revert to standard short smoked one in the less shitty months.

Tyres and chain last for ages, in fact still on 1st chain with Scotoiler fitted from new.

MPG around 45 - 50 in daily 30 mile commute into London on M1 and through to Putney. Have seen 60mpg on long motorway run to Liverpool.

Not surprised when the KTM is 2/3rds of the price of a new tank

Yes you just buy one at that price and personally I'd have the R only.

I was tempted recently to get one but I dithered about and bought a 690 Enduro instead whilst KTM had the 20% off promotion.

I rode the 1190 standard version and preferred it over the 1290 SA if that helps.
