Yip, i think there is more chance of Vladimir Putin being seen on the street at the next gay pride parade than this coming to the shores of Blighty any time soon...

Aimed at the burgeoning sub continent market and in Asia,it will not be coming in a guise anytime soon to the EU market i would think...parallel twin...fine on my old 750 GT Laverda but not what i would advocate for the replacement of a la 990 adv era etc...

"So calm down to a blind panic on this one"...

Was in my local KTM dealer last weekend and they said that KTM were looking to release an 800 Adventure bike ?? Mind you it was Laguna at Maidstone so they probably got mixed up with the Triumph!!!

This could be really promising; 'KTM will bring the fully-faired RC models to India later this year while developing a new off-road platform using the same engines. KTM will likely produce two models based on this platform, an off-road focused model and an adventure tourer.'

If they do actually make proper austrian off roaders based on the twins, not rubbish indian piles which are riddled with electrical gremlins...

Well are they not saying they are making proper Indian off-roaders based on a years prototype of a new Indian-market road bike?

    Won't be holding my breath...
