    Air line fittings

I bought a tyre inflater/gauge for my compresser but the fittings are different, I can't see any size markings on any of the fittings.

The thread size is different as well, as I tried to swap. If any one has an idea as to what fitting I would need it would be appreciated.

    Thanks

Most of the cheap stuff comes with the weird quick fit. The thread should all be 1/4 bsp taper. You can get the other fittings at places like Machine mart in Southampton or APM in Kings Somborne.

    Yea it was cheap, lol.
The problem is that the thread in the pressure gauge is differant to the fitting that fits my other accessories & I don't know what it is to be able to sorce a new fitting ( if you know what I mean )

    Airline Fittings - Machine Mart

If you have a machine mart local just take the two bits in to show them, they'll find you the right bit

I have had both types of quickfit connectors on stuff I've bought - but never with different threads though!
As above, Machine Mart seem to have a wonderous selection of airline connectors and couplers and our local one seems to employ folk who know their onions.
