That genny looks exactly like the same as one I bought from B&Q a couple of years ago, there are many of them re-badged with different names which are exactly the same and they are all shit. It let me down on many occasions, it leaked fuel in the boot of the car, the pull start handle fell off first time out and the coil spring snapped, it wouldn't boil a kettle unless it's a little camping one, it did just about manage to keep tyre warmers warm. The aldi one does have a 3 year warranty though, it will need it.

Love the bike lift , it's bad enough catching your shin on the pedal but now you can get it in the eye every time you go into the garage.

those generators are pretty grim in real life and are pretty noisy... not too bad if you store it in the box it came in and never use it (like my dad does) but pretty cheaply manufactured. if you have low expectations you wont be disappointed, if you are thinking "that looks as good as a mid 90s honda genny" you might be a little cheesed off, ok for running a small TV but make sure the volume on the TV goes up or buy a 50m extension reel!

£60 seems worth it if its gonna be warranted for 3 years to be fair. wouldnt rely on it for anything major though.

To boil a kettle take about 3KW of power, thats a lot! Honda quiet gennies are the best but loads of money. Would not waste my money on one of the cheap shit things.
