KTM's UK dealership has been shrinking for some time now - some have been liquidated and others have removed the KTM banner from their premises. How many more will survive this year still selling and servicing under the KTM banner is anyone's guess. Do your homework and if you find a good one - stick with them. I've used three KTM dealers for servicing and only one survives to offer inconsistent levels of service.

Do it, they are total wankers and have been for 20 years. They wont change and will continue to be wankers for the next 20 years although I hope their KTM franchise goes elsewhere in that time.

I have owned Suzukis, Kawasakis, Aprilias and KTM's and will happily ride/trailer / van a bike 50 miles to use a dealer other than them.

lol im going to give them untill next wkend to sort this out, the fooker thats fukking me about will be named also, fukk me i live in wick 15 miles from john o groats ordered and paid for the bike over the phone and they had it delivered, i couldnt have made things easyer for them, basically i dont have a big lot to loose really but its just the point of it,
Basically whats happened is i purchased the bike from an adververt they had on MCN's site and it stated it had a full service history, when the bike was delivered i only got 2 receipts for services, one at 600miles and one at 2000miles, the bikes got around 7700 when i got it so it think theres a bit missing, also i never got a service book, is this something you get with ktm's??, ive been in touch with mcn but not had a responce yet, i cant be fukked when dealers do things like this, yeh it could have been a mistake on there behalf but they dont want to know, whats your thoughts on this guys?? had bikes all my life and never delt with people like this, i tried to find the last owner on FB but no luck just to see if it did have a full history because its just a one owner bike, direct enquires oudnt help, to be honest the bikes in really good nick and mechanically sound(i couldnt be happier with it) if they fukked up and they cant give me the history just say so and stop ignoring me, attitude aint the word, its got to the stage now that if they dont come up with it shortly a sorry aint going to be enough,
wish i new what sort of dealers they are, funnly i was also reading coments on mcn's site and they aint good, how the hell did they get mcn dealer of the year in 2010???

    cheers jack
