    buying a vehicle

    hi guys not been on here for a while i appologise but been fucked business wise so been trying to get things back to normal, ive bought in principal a landrover freelander 51 plate from a local grage,its been signed over in my name on the v5 but ive not coughed up for it yet as there is some issues with it primarily the clutch judders,when pulling away plus a couple of other things , now do i say fuck you mate i'ts mine and i'll fix it or do i say here's the keys shove it

    v5 isn't proof of ownership, just who taxes the vehicle I believe, it says it on the front of the document.

    yes i guess your right so i say shove it then ,was hoping i might have squatters rights or something as ive had the vehicle 5 weeks now ,bugger
