    Bike Thief Pictured & Named

    This is Jimmy Tan


    He is part of the "Spa Green Crew" and a known bike thief operating in and around Central London.

    He lives in or around Berry Place in EC1 and is often seen with three white friends on bicycles in the West End stealing large cc motorcycles.





    He's around 5'8, slim build, cock-sure and usually with some "mates". He also wears a silver Roof crash helmet while riding his bicycle.

    If you see him about - please do say "hello" in whatever way you see fit.



    Please pass this image around local biker communities.
