Stuff llike that used to get me fired but not so much anymore, blah blah same old shit they come out with and I come out with same old shit to defend it.
The main point they miss is by banning it there will be lots more illegal riding with no number plates and less consderate riding.
    Sounds like more fun!

very true there are some great mountain bike tracks very local to me which i will ride on if they ban motor vehicles from legal trails . so fuck em just don't get caught.
perhaps the walkers should be charged to walk like we get charged to ride in these organised places (enduroland for instance)

Agree with the other two..when trail riding is finally outlawed ,my biking kicks will become a lot cheaper and more widespread.

The original poster of that article is also a hypocritical cunt IMHO,having taken a look at his blog and web-page,he's not exactly against tearing up the countryside on his mountain bike when it suits.

In fairness moutnain bikes usually won't tear stuff up as much as our big knobly tyres, but don't think for a moment I agree with him

If the routes are legal and often people are paying to be on them there is no reason to ban people, banning will simply result in people riding illegally. From my expereince if riders come across horses, bicycles, walkers, dogs etc. they are considerate enough not to be flying past at speed or reving to scare the horses and such. Just a hypocritcal bugger complaining ofr the sake of complaining
