out for a ride yesterday plodding about through a green lane in the wye valley, on a byway some block smashed me right in the goggles with his walking stick.

Total wanker considering i was legally there

i said what the fuck are you doing lol and the usual your not supposed to be here shit came out

so there was only one soltuion to this problem

further what bike would be best for me, i love going sort of places where trials bike goes in more extream enviroment, currently on a 2009 exc 250 2t, would a new 350f be more suited to extream enduro or two stroke

will these be a big power difference ?

There are 2 courses of action that you could have taken and tearing away aint one of them , because you rode off this guy belives he has won his argument and will try the same thing on others , you should have got off your bike and either kicked the shit out of this person or reported an assault to the police , you should also be contacting your local papers to get them to run a story about the mad rambler who attacks innocent people , we get the bad press all the time so this is a perfect chance to get some pay back , you sure this was on a legal lane ? you should have explained the legallity of the lane while you were tap dancing on his face not ran off

I don't understand where these wan..sorry..."walkers" get there braveness from. It's only a matter of time until they do that to someone that won't shrug it off, the sooner the better !
As for the bike, I ride a 450 exc and like rocky steps/climbs and the more challenging stuff, but can't help you on the 350........ heard they are mint though !

Should definteley have got off and had it out with the bloke if it was definitely a legal lane. Get off, phone out, start video recording...can't deny video evidence. If the bloke was willing to smash you in the face then I'm sure he would have been pretty irate once you got off and had a chat with him. If you were in the right there was no need to ride off. Need to show these people that we have every right to be where we are allowed.

Like you say you were not committing any crime , i would ring the local police and explain to them what happened , tell them you felt intimidated because the guy was bigger than you etc etc and how its really upset you then speak to the local rag and tell your tale of woe about the mad rambler who brandishes his 8' walking pole at innocent people , belive me if it were the other way round that rambliar would have been on to the papers telling them he had to jump for cover when you came round the corner at 120 mph on the back wheel blah blah blah

Why dont you have a plate on your bike then ?

I would go to the press and the police as you were assaulted which is a criminal offence, if he claims you rode off aggressively just say you were scared about being beaten again, people shouldnt be allowed to get away with it.

i do lol but i was saiying if my big freind was with me and we had no plates we could of filled him in without him getting out deatils, dreams of myself boxing haha
