    Tyres

What do you guys recommend- i am hoping to pick up used slicks to use most of the time, but also have a spare set of wheels, should i put full race wets on these, intermediates? Soft? What make?

Also how easy is it to change and balance tyres? I can get a kit from ABBA for £168 which seems cheaper in the long run than getting my local bike shop to do it (£20/ wheel). Or are there people who will change and balance at race meets.

    Thanks

I've got four sets of wheels for my 540EXC

Slicks I run mich pilot sport ladder back; med compund
Wets I run Dunlop kr189 front ( feckin expensive though) and Bridgestone rear wet
Road I run mutants; these have got a good tread pattern for a bit of green laning as well
Enduro I run FIM approved Goodrich Crossengo.
