Welcome to the forum busdriver. The fuel gauge you're talking about is only for the reserve tank. When you're nearly out of petrol you get big warning graphic on the screen and the little yellow warning light comes on under the screen, then the countdown starts to tell you how long you've got to get to a petrol station!! Wouldn't take it to be too accurate though, a few fellas on here have run out of petrol. Mine's come on a few times and went about 8 miles no prob.

The gauge isn't a gauge as such. It just warns you when you are hitting the reserve, then gives you a min and max mileage with the reserve and a countdown of miles done since the warning. Once you have re-fuelled, it can take upto 5 minutes for the low fuel warning indicator to extinguish. However this time can be set in the menu on the dash (not sure what it is called exactly, but it will be obvious - I've changed mine down to 30 seconds)

    Question

thanks mill fellas...so just for my own benefit...there is no actual fuel gauge as such on the RC...just the reserve max and min mileage displayed which i presume stays at 50 and 15 even when tank is full and then only when you start to use up the reserve the 50 starts to decrease..is that it?
