    Question Very viby bike!

Honestly, if it isn't one thing it's another.

Just got my 640 back after having a new cam shaft (a 660 one was fitted) and rockers.

Now the bike will not stop vibrating, when you get over 85 it feels like it's going to fall apart.

Any ideas, and what will it cost this time

    Cheers

    No weighta are still there.

It doesn't feel too bad on the power but then I'm trying not to cane it at the mo as it has just been put back together.

Try weighted bar ends like the Duke 2 has? I was gonna take mine out as I think they look gay and wanted hand guards, but I was told by the dealers that I'd probably get a speed wobble and vibrate to death over 90. You can borrow mine to see if they help if you like (I'm presuming you're not far away, on N.side of Oxford) I live 10miles from Evesham. Should save you a few quid if it's not the answer! If it is, then at least it's a cheap fix!

Never used to get the death wobble before, so I don't think it's the bike but probable more like the engine.

So the fact that a 660 cam has gone into a 640, would this give it the 660's vibes?

Suppose it'd be possible? Maybe the timing is slightly out or the fueling isn't matched to the head now it's been changed?

Have you rechecked all the engine mounting bolts. You may find one or two aint at the correct torque setting?
