Hi all, New to here, and not sure if this is a common issue so apologies if this has been covered previously. I recently bought a 2015 SXF 250, the previous owner said the bike had hardly moved in the last 18 months but he did service it recently, and I did ensure it started/sounded/ran ok...

The clutch on my 450 exc wont reverse bleed due to the master cylinder blocking the path for the fluid into the reservoir. Iv had the master cylinder to bits and seal etc all fine and cleaned out. There seems to be no way that fluid could ever transfer from reservoir into clutch line due to the...

Hi all, when you go to pull in the clutch on my 660, the lever has about 5-10mm of play before starting to resist and disengage. It often takes a few tries to shift into first gear and occasionally the bike will lurch forward slightly and stall out when it goes into first, but there doesn't...
  7. KTM Freeride and Freeride E
Hi All. Just got the 350 freeride and want to bleed the clutch due to clutch drag (i.e. gearbox not fully disengaging from engine when clutch pulled in). I've followed the method used in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lZIb0Vya5p4 which looks quite easy and clean. He removes the...

Ok so i have been trying to cure my bike of a dragging clutch but can seem to get rid of it! I have tried all the usual things like backing bleeding the clutch, trying 600ml of ATF DIII, removing notches on clutch basket. After all this it doesn't seem as bad however but it does start to drag...

Hi all I've installed an Oberon slave cylinder on my 950SM and bled the system as per instructions. Thing is, now when I pull the clutch in while in gear, the plates don't disengage completely. It's more noticable when I push the bike around with the engine off. What am I missing? Any ideas...

Hello everyone, could someone who's in the "know" or renowned for using two stroke ktms for a long time please tell me if the clutch plates in the 2012 sx250 2t are the same in any other years ? Eg , does 94 to 2012 fit ? your help would be much appreciated.

I recently had a full engine rebuild on my 150sx. When i put the magura clutch back on, the slave cyclinder piston didn't sit flush with the surface so i pushed ithe piston in a bit. When I tried putting the bike into gear and pushing it with the clutch held in, I got no movement. So I got...

Has anyone else experienced problems with the biting point? My mate says when he's on the gate he can set the revs and hold the clutch lever at a certain point, ready to blast off the start line and whereas with all his other bikes the bike only moves according to how much you let out the clutch...

Got two broken teeth on outer clutch basket...is this something to worry or just order new one. can't be much harm imo, the basket itself weigh more then the teeth that came off. btw found the two teeth back so they didn't get stuck in the engine...in fact there's a magnet that catches those...
