Just wondering what oil most of you prefer when doing an oil and filter change, and what would best suit my bike (300 exc 07 model)

Light gear oil

Personally I use any car oil I have and change it every ride, 2 minute job! Oh and don't touch the level bolt on the side casing!! Simply warm, empty and fill with 600ml then rag the living nuts off it somewhere!!
