Getting the fuel weight lower is a good thing and may help with the vague front end especially @ speed.

... on the R, yes agree and looks like they're not ready to launch a big parallel twin! Life in the ol' LC8 yet! Shame - was hoping for something more ground breaking - just hope they dump the matt paint!

I've never noticed any vague front end feeling even at speed. It's the most composed sure footed bike I've ever ridden. Everything from bone dry fast flowing roads to soaking wet back roads, it's been flawless so far!

I'm sure the new one is meant to be getting adaptive cruise control too. Much handier assuming it works as well as in my car....

Find my 1290 SAS great wet or dry, certainly fast enough for me. Tyre change to Metzeler roadtec 01 soon 👍
