My mate has a 350 XCF and thats a nightmare to start, he spent 20 mins trying it earlier this week and it eventually started so I would be interested in answers on this too. Like u say fuel was getting through and plug was ok.
His also seems to run forever on choke which is totally the opposite to my 450exc this hates any choke other than 1 minute on 1st fire up!

 

I'll see what folks say, but couple of things I've found googling:

TPS Sensor could be damaged (No idea)
Dirty injectors (checking)
Right side battery relay could be worn through (will check)

when you say it won't start do you mean not turning over or is it turning over (quickly) but not firing?

is the 2011 fuel injected? early ones duffered from injectors getting blocked. you need to assertain if there is a strong spark first.

 

Got it fixed! Yes, it ended up being the spark...all sorted. Its a 2011 fuel injected bike, so that was clean and was quite filthy!

 

Thats great that its sorted, I was going to mention try a new spark plug cap ....... for anyone else comes across the thread
