Does anyone have any advise about putting a 660 engine out of a rather bent desert racer into my 640 LC4 S/M? Is it doable and how much of a performance increase would I be likley to see? Are the service intervals on the 660 a pain after getting used to the nice easy 640?

In general if anybody has done this let me know the pros and cons. Please bare in mind that local engineering facilities are quite basic so if any major work is needed it may be a non starter.

ummmm, pretty sure it will fit. obviously you will lose the elec start as the 660 casings arnt equipted to take a starter. but thats all i can think of..
