I believe I have seen this somewhere but, as usual when just clicking links, I haven't a clue where I saw it. What I would like is an indication as to how far my 690's rear suspension should sink when I stick my 90kg butt on the saddle. There used to be a rule of thumb (when I wer't lad) of about 1/3 of the full travel regardless of your weight (within reason I guess). That would be about 1.75 inches. Can anyone advise before I start scratching suspension and frames?
