I have a 2007 KTM 690 Supermoto and sometimes the neutral light doesn't come on even though the bike is in neutral. When this happens, I can't start it. If I jiggle a bunch of the wires on the side of the bike it will eventually come on. Has anyone else had this problem. Any idea if I need to replace a particular connector?

It's the white, three prong connector in that bundle of wires on the left side. probably a loose connection/water ingress.

The connector is discussed at length in any topic regarding the 1st/2nd gear power restriction; One wire is the neutral sensor, the other two are 1st and 2nd gear sensors, which supposedly tell the ECU to lay off the juice, although I didn't notice a difference when I disabled mine.
