Took barrel off today and there are some marks, where to send for repair??

What sort of marks? Is it damaged? Does it need replated? If so and you are sending it to Langcourt (we use them for our 125s) make sure you strip the pv assembly out just leaving the 3 steel mounting pins or they will charge you extra. They do a cleaning service for pv parts but it is only really the flap that gets coked and you can clean it yourself while you are waiting for the cylinder return. Speak to them on the phone, they are real helpful and will give you a turn around time, usually 7 to 10 days. Bob

Going to take barrel to local guy see what he says as maybe get away with honing it

Many people say that you should not hone a plated bore. They are honed by the people that plate them but I don't think they use a 'run of the mill' hone. If in doubt personally I would just get it re-plated, it will be as good as new if you do this which will perk up the engine.
