+1 the Alpinestars Bionic. Saved my bacon plenty of times. Had it on last year when I came off and hit a rock with my shoulder doing about 50 km/h. The joint dislocated backwards with the force, but without the armour the doc reckoned the bones in the shoulder would've been smashed to pieces.
SIDI Crossfire 2:s do a very good job at protecting feet/lower legs. I also have some cheapo plastic knee protectors which have been great when coming off and landing on a knee.
Just get as much gear as you can. Bikes are bastards. It's interesting to realise first hand, on multiple occasions, that once you come off you're like a rag-doll and have no input on where and how you're going to land. I've clattered the ground a few times now with my head. No way to avoid it, and as I bounce along I'm thinking, "Thank fuck I have a helmet on". Without it I'd be dead, or at the very least a vegetable.
Consider some form of bollock protection too. Don't ask me why I think that. Painful, high-octave memories
