I had a 350exc for a few years and was about your weight at the time. I’d had a 450 RFS before. The 350 has plenty of power but is easier to ride as it builds with revs so it doesn’t try to jump over the nearest hedge if you go over a bump and accidentally crack the throttle open at tickover [emoji51]
It’s also lighter which is a bonus when you have to pick it up. I lent it to a few of my mates to ride and they all liked it, including one big chap who’d never ridden off road before and he didn’t even fall off once.
I changed the rear spring to be correct for my weight but to be honest it was a plusher ride with the stock spring. If you can get the sag in the ball park with the standard spring then go from there.
