thinking of making a 200 xc with some mods as they no longer make them
any Ideas or any one got any rolling chassis prefer linkage bike if possible
my mate built a ktm with cr 500 last time so done that

I've got one !

It is a 2012 150xc with a 2012 200 exc motor,exhaust and cdi, brokenlegs head mod and suspension revalved, rejetted, Honda needle, twinwalls,

It's awesome, so light and agile but goes like stink. Just waiting for a core exp Rekluse to arrive now and she's done !!!!

Great project, you won't regret it !

I have thought hard about making the very same bike, still looking for a rolling chassis 2012 150 sx but not found one yet
Did you use a 200 xc or exc engine? I was going to pm you a while back

I have 2009 200 exc motor ready

It's a exc engine, they don't do a Xc in 2012, head mod and jetting really wakes it up.

Ideal, 11 or 12 125/150 should be cheap enough to pick up, then sell the motor to one of the go kart boys.

I've got the poor mans version 08xc Brokenlegs head and suspenders honda needle and z start pro, it's a proper tool!
God knows what it would be like with some matched cases and a few dyno runs

I've got the poor man's 150XC... A 150SX with enduro tank Its rapid, compared to my old 200 its like a BMX with more power! One thing the 200 had was the ability to forgive the odd wrong gear.
