just been lookin on my ktm cd which says about jetting sizes it says mine should be a 202
its got a 220 in it and the cd doesnt even show a 220 is this possibley why it could be boggin slightly??

also the carb slider needle moves in your fingers is this right or is it supposed to be rigid
it also has a few wear marks in the middle of it???

just curious really or should i change them

Hi,

The needle is supposed to be rigid. sounds like the needle circlip might of come lose.

Early 144's had some reliability problems (seizures) possibly due to being too lean from factory. I think that is the reason for 220 main.

Try the needle circlip first.

Then try dropping down main if you feel its not pulling on top (210 summer use)
