There's not a lot of fluid in the clutch system so you don't need to lose much for it to stop working. Remember it's mineral oil on the KTM and not brake fluid like some other bikes.
If the seals in the clutch slave cylinder have gone then it's time for a new unit - and the Oberon one seems a popular choice. Seiko fitted (a very blingy orange) one to his bike while he was here last weekend.
