DIY Tyre Changes .............

I have the new rabaconda Street bike tyre changer and it is pretty good / easy to use - having never changed a bike tyre in my life (except push bikes as a kid)

Not cheap, but well made and works, old tyre warmer helps soften things.
That's what I would like to buy if I had a street bike with alloy wheels. I wouldn't want to use levers.

I use their excellent mousse changer on my dirt bike and Adv wheels.

That look way more slick than a rabaconda with its dozen tyre levers, I've never got through a full demo video once all those levers come out I assume I may as well just do it by hand lol
It sounds like you may be confusing the Rabaconda Street Tyre Changer with their Mousse Changer which uses 5 levers if you buy their suggested set. The street changer works in a similar way to the one in the video above.

Unfortunately you cannot do mousses with street one.

I suspect mousse one would be quite shit for large bikes tubeless tyres, hence two products.
I've done the rear of my 1190R with the mousse changer. Wasn't hard, but there's a lot of lever on the rim action and you have to be very careful not to mark the rim. I don't like rim protectors as they take up room that makes it harder to get the bead over.
I don't have one, but I'm sure the street bike changer is better for your usage as you say. The mousse changer is, unsurprisingly, great for changing mousses though.
