Changing Seals on WP Closed Cartridge Forks
Bleed the air out of forks with bleed screw like you do after every ride (1). Remove easy bleed valves if fitted as they can get damaged. Replace with standard bleed screws.

Seems like a fairly common question, so I thought i'd take the opportunity to answer it with a picture walkthrough.
Start with your Nice clean plastic (this one was new)
Make sure that you have a spray bottle with with warm water and a dribble of fairy liquid, just a dribble mind!
I preparation to pull apart my motor, I wanted to find out some information on removing the STM Slipper Clutch.
I was already aware that there was a special STM tool needed, and these appear to be likes hens teeth. And any information on the removal of these also seems to be really hard to...

Undo the cap..
22mm spanner, pull down the spring and slip it in..
take cap off and pull the long ally rod out of the center of the cartridge. remove the spring, pour the oil out, pump the cartridge untill all the oils out..
For anyone who wants to make a switch details are below, I just did it for a bit of fun and don't do this sort of thing for a day job so wouldn't be able to make them to order it's a bit fiddly and I couldn't make it pay even if I wanted to (which I don't ;))
