Ah, just noticed you have a Duke pictured for your avatar. I was in a bit of a fog when I posted this reply originally. What bike are you removing the SAS/EPC from? 690SM/R/Duke? If so the guide provided here clearly won't apply.
The carb blanks I used a 15mm section of a 4" nail, complete with head, smear with silicone and pushed in.
The holes in line with the carbs I used 20mm electrical blanking rubber grommets.
The fitting at the back of the airbox I filled with silicon.
The tiny pipe attached to the SAS valve I pushed a cut down 3" nail into.
The front blanking plate is a swine to get to on the Adv, so I cut the original hose near the tee that goes under the airbox and put a short piece of 12mm dia steel rod in there, secured with a jubilee clip. Next oil change the oil tank can be moved a little to allow access to both screws.
