It ends up at the ECU as the engine stop is caused by the ECU pin being earthed when you push the button.

No relay? Normally the kill is an open or short to part of the ignition system. Get tracing or get the wiring diagram.

Just had a thought, that emergency switch, its not one of those flip the bike upside-down jobbies is it?

Ok so think ive found the problem this earth wire here that splits off from the wires that come from the main handle bar switch and it joins together under down near engine with bullet connector as shown i undone this and used the male end and touched the engine with earted and xut the bike out then i traced the femalw and it just pulled out of somewere unexpectedly snapped as shown but with the end of a blavk wire surround but cant see were it comes from does it come from inside the main loom that comes from the hamdle bar switch thanks View attachment 39977 View attachment 39978

There you go then. Some good quality heat shrink tube and black tape, few ties and job done.

Sorted mate found it had snapped on front inside loom pulled it out joined then heatsrinked the whole wire lol yano these fans on radiators are they ment to be on all time when enginw running or only when it over heats as mine not on when started havent rode it yet tho
