I have a 2011 xc 250. CC forks and no linkage. The bike is a lot different to the exc of the same year as the xc range is one year ahead like the mx bikes. So it's bodywork is the same as the 2012 exc and 2011 sx. It does have reg/rec and a full stator but the wiring is not as full exc. I had to knock up an adapter to plug in switchgear and light. The 2012 onward xc bikes have linkages.
I'm not sure what year the xc bikes moved to new forks ....
