The air screw has decided to wind itself out when I'm riding!
Had to screw it back in three times today, totally f**ked the day up!
Need some suggestions to stop it happening please( I have my own idea but need the resident gurus to confirm it)

Is it because you have a too rich idle jet in and are running it more that 2 turns out?

Are the washer and o ring in place?

If everything else is ok, stretch the spring a bit.

1 to 1 1/2 turns out runs sweet as a nut.
It's getting a fresh piston in this week so it looks like its getting a carb rebuild as well
Do you think a new o ring and stretch the spring will cure it?

Should stay put without loctite.

Wont break the bank if you buy all three parts

54531615000 SPRING FOR ADJUSTMENT SCREW £1.56
54831071000 WASHER ADJUSTING SCREW £1.26
54831072000 O-RING ADJUSTING SCREW £1.26

so £4.08 less 15% plus P&P

Cheers Kev
Stripped it out and the spring has appeared to have work hardened itself nearly fully compressed!
Phone call to Jacko in the morning then!
