can they just perish if the bike isn't being used very often???
went out to the garage last night and there was a small puddle of oil on the floor.
checked all over and nothing else is leaking.
the bike has done about 10 hours since i put new ones in:frown:

Possible a bit of grit trapped in the seal causing it to leak, pull down the dust covers and have a look, you can run a thin feeler round inside the seal to see if anything is in their

Try the micro film trick :eek: it worked for me :) but then a few weeks later the fork exploded top and bottom :mad: Just had them rebuilt with every seal and part possible for £100 :cool: and then bought the neoprene covers, so should be a while before I need to be doing that again ;)

i stand corrected, just had a rake in the tool chest and found a genuine ktm fork seal. i must have only changed the one last time round:confused: well i know what i'll be doing tonight:)
