Hi All,

Having trouble removing the front sprocket on my 250 EXC-F. Need to remove it to get the chain slider protector off as theres a tone of shite behind it. Couple of questions...

Is it best to undo the nut with the chain on?

Is the thread conventional or right handed?

Thanks

Right handed thread. Stick a bar through the rear sprocket and the sprocket bolt will come straight off.

Use blue loctite on the bolt when you reassemble 60Nm

But the muck should come out with a jetwash?
