thanks kev ill need to get in touch with dvla then and ask for a v54/55 or is it a v55/5If its a 2010 UK supplied bike you should be given the DVLA V54/5 form and Type Approval form. Just fill in the V54/5, attach your insuranvce, a cheque and the Type Approval form and you are done
If you dont have the V54/5 and type approval you need to ask DVLA for a V55/5 and ask KTM for a Certificate of newness.
yep you need a certificate of newness ktm charge £80 i believe, i just registered a american import sxf but the ktm cert of newness never mention it was a import, they can get arsey of these things, bigb on here is trying to register a uk spec crf450 and they got arsy with him asking for proof of import duty being paid..i guess you may be lucky, if you know anyone who owns a bike shop see if they can get it done for you..thanks kev ill need to get in touch with dvla then and ask for a v54/55 or is it a v55/5
