Get the shock shortened by about 8mm, that will cost you around £100
Buy some bar risers, push the forks up through the yokes by about 30mm, cost about £25.

Will handle no different to standard.

Its about 3 to 1, so 8mm shorter shock = 24mm lower ride height.

Chris Byron knows his stuff. He could respring and revalve forks and shock to suit your riding style and weight for about £350

If you just want the shock shortening, Eurotek can do that... or any good KTM dealer or suspension place.
