After 15 years of always having a ktm in the garage its no longer a reality, I committed to the gen 1 gen 2 and gen 3 sdr bikes, all purchased new, ktm rc8r ( i miss that) among countless MX bikes for the lad as he grew up.

My garage has always had a collective mix of bikes but there's always been a ktm in there.

I sold my 890r a few months back and have since had an empty garage, not one bike, gone are the days of a rammed garage full of toys :( , after 4 months of the garage being empty my missis has added so much shit in there i cant even see my bike posters

To top it off where having major works on the house done, the rendering guys have dumped all there shit in there before they start in 3 weeks . I decided 4 nights ago after drinking 5 cans of piss water I need a bike, eBay is my friend.

6am start and 150 miles between me and London :(, vans empty of tools and I'm on my 6th can of pisswater already so will feel rough as fook tomorrow .

Hear it is, i haven't had an inline 4 for over 8 years in the garage, I just fancied a change, I probably wont use it much and when I get home tomorrow and load it in the garage it cant come out for 8 weeks as there's a massive skip being delivered Monday blocking the drive and garage doors.

Any of you guys had a go on one? I wont get to try it until the building works completed in 8 weeks.

A riding buddy has not long sold his , just changing bikes for either a 1390 sdr or going back to a Tuono. I rode it several times and it was lovely thing to ride. Excellent handling , never lacking in power and the dash were standout features for me.

Sadly I never got on with the riding position and found it too cramped in the leg . That's a me problem rather than the bikes problem tho
