Hi Everyone,
A few weeks ago I bought a KTM 450 SX 2004, everything is ok but the thing that worried me is - oil leaking from the front forks ... How do I fix this? or I just need to replace the O-ring or this is something more serious?.

Thank you and sorry for my English

Hi,
Sometimes you can run a peice of tear off or feeler gauge around the fork seal to clean out any grit.
If this doesn,t fix it, you will need to replace fork seals.
There are plenty of suspension places that will be able to carry out this if you can't. (usually very cheap job)

My guess is fork seals have gone..I assume you release the air after each ride? if not this causes a pressure build up that results in said fork seal damage!

Change the seals with new one as the most said and the fork oil as well. You will see a big if not a huge difference ;)
