Up for sale following shoulder surgery (to me) is my KTM 640 Adventure

With later models going for over £4,000 now is the time to grap yourself a bargain Adventure bike. This one has done a Desert visit.

As you can see it is a 2001 model.

According to many it has the best suspension of all the 640's and having had a 2006 model that was stolen I can heartily agree.

The bike runs and goes well.

It has been upgraded recently:

heated grips
integrated Garmin sat nav bracket on the dash
locking fuel cap
new metzeler enduro sahara 3 tyres.
happy trails pannier rails - really solid protection
(also available is the KTM Touratech pannier rails)
curently fitted as you can see with an enormous ARD case, big enough to take all your riding gear when parked - it takes all the hassle out of London commuting! I think that will have to be by seperate negotiation, but lets see.
At the moment it is running the original cable operated clutch but i also have a magura hydraulic clutch conversion kit. The fact that i have not fiitted it indicates that i am not unhappy with the current set up, which runs a spare cable in parallel just in case.

It has a trail tech computer in place of the old mechanical speedo so i cannot guarantee or be sure of the mileage.

It also has a rather dodgy quality orange paint job!

There is a tear in the seat, but a new cover would fix that

You can soon be on the adventure bike of choice!

If you are overseas, please declare it and contact me before bidding!

Deposit of £150 by paypal and cash on collection in Central London
