So on putting my bike back together since having the frame powdered got some of the wiring on but im abit stumped what goes were now and which side which bits are on the frame ive joined some up i did take pictures before i dismantled but its still hard to see il get some pictures tommorow of were im at also have a manual but thats useless for wiring imo bloody wiring was the thing i was worried about

The main harness on my bike runs down the right side of the frame, not the left like you have done.
I'd get your sub frame on as well so that you can get the main fuse wiring in.
