I've just installed a z start pro on my 2009 exc-f 250 I'm running the l4 spring with 27 ball bearings I ride Enduro. I'm finding the clutch slips when climbing steep hills all the clearances are correct to rekluse spec just wondered what anyone else is running before I start swapping springs and ball bearings around.

The temptation with the rekluse is to ride it lazy and not change gear enough
You might find that you're using too higher gear

Check the steels are perfectly flat not warped. Measure the fibre plates for thickness. New unworn ones are 3.00mm thick. In a stack of 8 fibres, just 0.02mm/0.04mm wear adds up enough to affect it's operation. I bought new steels from member 'Rekluse Clutches' on this forum and brand new heavy duty clutch fibre plates from EBC direct. They price matched too at £45, 1st class delivery included.
