What year is the bike? Manifolds wear. Bigger o rings won’t save it if worn.

small bores should be oily though. They need it for the revs. They don’t like any weak commitment riding. It has to on it.

Those orings on the pipe are toast as well. You can get them matched up at a bearing/seal.hydraulics supplier. They need to be viton rubber.

I’d fill those grooves in the manifold and worry about them later.

When fitting the pipe smear clear sealant around the manifold and the pipe neck. Leave to go off once fitted and it should stay sealed until you crash on the pipe side, fail a log clear or do 15+ hours. My 150 used to get leaky at 20+ hours.
