Fuel tank and plastics on my 06 superduke are in need of a clean up and polish ,can anyone recommend a decent product for doing this ,only just bought bike and it’s the first plastic tank bike I’ve owned ,thanks in advance

The other method for really scratched stuff, as long as the plastics are solid colour (i.e., orange/white right through - pigmented plastics) is pass a heat gun over the scuffed bits. This sort of heals the plastic and gives it back a gloss. Needs some practice to get it right though.
