Fuel tank and plastics on my 06 superduke are in need of a clean up and polish ,can anyone recommend a decent product for doing this ,only just bought bike and it’s the first plastic tank bike I’ve owned ,thanks in advance

I've used Xerapol plastics/acrylics polish for nigh on 20 years which gives excellent results and with some patience will remove scratches. Do not use on painted plastics as it is an abrasive. Use only on clear or pigmented plastics such as clocks/screens/indicator lenses/headlight/moulded panels. It also does a brilliant job of cleaning up the dulling on the outside of plastic car headlight lenses. On solid panels I usually find a quick once over with Mr Sheen after cleaning with Xerapol gives it a good shine.
