always burn the oil residue out first.

pressure test it at 20 psi for 5 mins. make sure it's solid.

pre heat the area.

I add 80 psi or so depending how bad the damage is. work on the outside of the ding working towards the centre to reduce the rippled look.

shape with a light hammer.

finish with some fine sand paper.

if you blow an area out too far you can always tap it back in. just try not to stretch the metal too much.

as pindie said it can be dangerous. I strap it to the bench and wear full sportsbike leathers and full face helmet. just incase!
