I am changing the bearings on the brake pedal at some point today, any advice on removing them?

08 450 exc.

Warm up the pedal..
freeze the new bearings

yep, what he said.........plus thread lock ALL of the nuts and bolts connected to it :confused: I fell victim of that :eek: that ball joint isnt cheap if it goes bye byes ;) oh, and it can be scary when you realise it has fallen off :redface: in my case I realised while travelling at quite some speed down hill, only to find the ford at the bottom round the bend resembling a white water rafting stage :rotflmao:

Make sure the stop nut on the peddle ajsuster is nice and tight, lost mine after i replaced the bearings and the brake jammed on...

can't find any of tourqe settings for anywhere in the manual...:rolleyes:
if your using thread lock just use spanners mate, nip them up is good enough. :smokin:
