Hi all,

I've read a lot of posts about fitting RS125 wheels on the LC4's. I've picked up a cheap pair of wheels with discs/sprocket etc and can get the 3mm skimmed from the rear brake disc posts as recommended.

The only thing I haven't found yet is the dimensions needed to get spacers made up to get the wheels to fit properly. Can anyone help me out with this info?

Cheers!

Its a heavy old lump to put on a pair of 125 wheels. Don't go doing wheelies

Send me your email address and I will send you my drawing for spacers to suit an EXC. The brake disc side rear will need to be a tad longer, other than that they will go straight in.

But you will need spacers behind the discs, same thickness as standard LC4 spacers but to suit the RS125 pattern.

KevInYorks cheers for your help. For what it's worth it's a 660 SMC that the wheels are to fit, only 5kg heavier than an RS125.
Was I right in thinking the rear disc posts need 3mm milled off? That's what most of the blokes on the forums have been suggesting.
Disc spacers won't be a problem I can get the made up or just make them myself!

Also, are the standard RS125 discs ok to use for this?
