Mmmmm..................... had another listen & defo reckon if it ain't the valves it has to be the aerosol can

Defo is not the can lol hear the noise at traffic lights too....

Hope that is the problem...sounds it tho...it's coming from that area near the cover on top of engine

sounds like inlet valves, check the clearances and check for any wear anywhere as i fix a fair few with siezed rocker bearing.
