That's awesome. The head is a work of art, or is it a cover over the whole thing?

 

Looks like it's a shroud, and the engine is fan-cooled, but the quality on that is incredible

 

That tank cap looks like an old school steering damper adjuster.

 

If my memory serves, 'sport mopeds' with gears in the UK had to a have cycle pedal - footpeg arrangement.

 

I had a KTM Comet 50 RS, ended up putting the Mag wheels and complete front end onto a Honda 90 in about 1981. People thought the wheels were off a BMX!
