Some may have seen this on other sites, but for those that have not.........here we go

The Mud Monkeys try to drown themselves - Essex Bikers

Awesome day out, like no other I have ever done, the salt was hard on the bikes, as was the sand :666: was a wicked place to explore, and being out on the Maplin sands was ace :smokin:

Dude, I saw this on the EB thread, looks fooking amazing!!
yeah mate, it was mental stuff :cool: we had to get permission from the Military and also informed the coast guard :smokin: there was even a risk assessment :censored: but to be fair, if you got in trouble out there you would be screwed anyway. The byways on the island looked like they had never been used :confused: Good buzz though being that far from help, for some strange reason it made me ride better :D

How did the bikes hold up against the salt?
3 good power washes and a strip of the brakes and its all good :smokin: pads were sintered :confused: not a good idea to use in salt water ;)
