Yes. Fit the KTM kit which comes with spacer tube etc. You should easily see 100 hours plus use again then.

 

Only done 45 hrs. :/ must have done something on a few crashes maybe.

 

That's about all mine last but i do pressure wash bike every weekend and would rather it was clean & change stuff when it wears out

 

If the spacers aren't scored, Pro Action Sport do SKF bearings and seals at sensible prices and overnight delivery. ProAction

45 hours! That’s not long at all for oem bearings from new (were they new?).

Is it possible you’ve pressure washed them and filled them with water at some point?

 

I'm at 180hrs on the front and its fine still, pressure washed every weekend. Just make sure you get some grease between the bearing and seal when you do a tyre change and it keeps it sweet. KTM OEM parts for me when they go though.

 

grease between the seal and bearing seems to work well....

i only changed mine cos i had 100+ hours and was going to Romania and didn't want any fuckups (where the bike was concerned) :rotflmao:

 

A guy on ebay - trading as 'full belly racing' - does bearings and seals that last as well as anything else and well priced. As with any, just pop the seal and get some grease in there.

 

OEM KTM ones are really good, I'd stick with them. Or, if ProAction Sports supplies SKF bearings for a decent price I'd try those. SKF are known for high quality bearings....

 

The OE bearings are SKF, the last ones I got from KTM with the spacer were SKF. What’s the saving on the other kits? Is a few quid here or there worth saving for a once in a hundred hours job with pattern parts?
